WWE Hall of Famer, Diamond Dallas Page, at the age of 35 became the oldest rookie in Pro Wrestling history. He captivated audiences around the world with matches alongside greats like Hulk Hogan, Goldberg, Ric Flair, Randy "Macho Man" Savage, and the N.W.O. before being inducted to the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2017. After sustaining a career-ending injury in 1998, Dallas developed his own style of yoga as part of his rehab, aptly named DDP Yoga it not only got him back in the ring but helped thousands of regular people, pro athletes and entertainers with their own wellness. He joins us today on the podcast to talk about his journey right up to present day, how he applies numerous wellness principles to his own life and how DDP Yoga has developed into what it is today.
