Update for the Black Friday period
Black Friday is here and our Distribution Center is working as quickly as possible to fulfil your order, however, there might be some delays due to the number of orders.
Please allow the potential increase to 3-5 working days to the standard delivery dates during the Black Friday period. This is due to the courier's capacity for processing and delivering orders.
For UK Mainland we usually have the next day delivery, but due to the high amount of orders, you can expect your order to come in 2-4 working days.

All orders received by 7pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 7pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that we do not pack orders on a Saturday, but do on a Sunday
All orders received after 7pm on a Friday, will be dispatched on the Sunday for Monday delivery.
We offer free next day tracked delivery on all orders over £25 within the UK
For orders under £25, delivery is £3.99
For Next Day delivery, within the UK. Orders must be placed before 7pm Sunday - Friday to be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 7pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Sunday.
For UK non mainland orders, orders may take 1-2 days.
We now offer tracked international shipping with a number of different carriers. Shipping is based on weight for the specific country/region and applied accordingly per order.
Deliveries to mainland EU are now duty paid.
Missing Orders – Once your order is dispatched we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can rectify the situation and also investigate this further.
Incorrect Address – If the details entered at checkout are incorrect, and you haven’t informed us of a change of address prior to dispatch, we will be unable to replace or refund this order until it is returned to us by the delivery partner.
If an item is returned to HMN24 as undeliverable, or uncollected from the delivery depot we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
