PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE.

1. GENERAL

The HMN24 website (“Website”) is intended only for consumers wishing to order HMN24 products (“Products”). The terms and conditions under which the Products are offered for sale on this Website are set out below. By placing an order on the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HMN24 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will not affect orders submitted before the revised terms are published.

2. PLACING YOUR HMN24 ORDER

2.1 To place an order, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be accessible by telephone

  • Have a valid email address

2.2

Orders may only be placed by completing the order form on the Website after logging into or creating a personal account and submitting the order using the relevant confirmation button. Orders placed by any other means will not be accepted.

2.3

Upon placing an order, HMN24 will issue an Order Number for reference purposes only. This does not constitute acceptance.

2.4

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase Products subject to these terms. Orders submitted are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted.

2.5

Acceptance of your order occurs when we issue an order confirmation email. If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you by email, telephone, or post.

3. SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

Subject to these terms and conditions, HMN24 will supply the Products detailed in your order confirmation.

4. PRICES

4.1

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown prior to checkout.

4.2

If a Product is incorrectly priced, HMN24 reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be contacted before dispatch if this occurs.

4.3

Delivery charges, where applicable, are payable as shown on your order confirmation.

5. PAYMENT

5.1

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5.2

Payment must be made in the currency shown on your invoice.

5.3

For card payments, valid card details must be provided. HMN24 will not dispatch Products until payment has been authorised. We reserve the right to verify your identity prior to processing.

6. DELIVERY

6.1

Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only, and HMN24 is not liable for delays outside its control.

6.2

Risk and title in the Products pass to you upon delivery.

6.3

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

7.1

You may return Products for a refund within 7 working days of delivery, provided the Products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Refunds include the outbound shipping cost but exclude return postage.

If a Product is faulty, incomplete, or supplied in error, please contact info@hmn24.com or call 0113 460 1424.

7.1.2

If you change your mind, Products may be returned provided:

  • You notify HMN24 within 7 working days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Products are kept safe and unopened until returned

To initiate a return:

  • Use secure packaging and clearly display the returns address

8. HMN24 LIABILITY

8.1

These terms set out the full extent of HMN24’s obligations.

8.2

Except where expressly stated, all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.3

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.

8.4

HMN24 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.

10.1

Registered customers may access transaction records by logging into their account.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

HMN24 shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

13. SUBSCRIPTIONS

13.1 Subscription Products

HMN24 offers subscription services for recurring delivery of the following Products:

Single Product Subscriptions

  • RISE

  • FLOW

  • PRE-SLEEP

  • HMN24 HYDRATE

Subscription Packs

  • CIRCADIAN MODULATION Pack (RISE, FLOW, PRE-SLEEP)

  • TRAVEL Pack (RISE, FLOW, PRE-SLEEP, HMN24 HYDRATE)

All subscriptions are fulfilled on a rolling basis at your selected delivery frequency.

13.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the selected frequency.
By subscribing, you authorise HMN24 to take recurring payments until cancellation.

13.3 Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time by:

If cancelled, the subscription will not renew after the current billing cycle.

13.4 Cancellation Notice Period

We request 7 days’ notice prior to your next scheduled shipment.
Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled shipment may not apply to that shipment.

There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

13.5 Billing Information

You are responsible for keeping billing and contact information accurate and up to date.
Failure to do so may result in continued charges until the subscription is cancelled.

13.6 Price Changes

If subscription charges change, advance notice will be provided. You may cancel prior to the revised charge being applied.

13.7 Product Repetition

Selected products will repeat automatically unless amended.
Changes must be made at least 7 days before the next shipment to apply in time.

14. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

15. FINAL TERMS

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
