Take your morning oats to the next level with this delicious and super simple grab and go recipe.
25g quinoa flakes
15g vanilla protein powder
1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup
½ large banana, sliced
1/2 tbsp pecans, chopped
In a bowl or jar, mix together all ingredients (except the banana and pecans).
Cover the bowl with cling wrap, or fasten the lid on the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
Serve with sliced banana and pecans.
