FLOW SMS Reminder

Morning and evening routines are something most of us have so when it comes to contextual cues we have many we can attach new behaviours too.

The afternoon, particularly post-covid as many of us now work from home are slightly less prevalent.

To support your use of FLOW we have created a simple SMS reminder to ensure you don’t miss that vital opportunity to optimise your afternoons.

Each day, around 6-8 hours after waking we have a heightened sleep urge. You will know when this is, when productivity wavers and you generally reach for something caffeinated.

Set the reminder 15-20 minutes prior to that occurring. We would even suggest that you stand up at that point, take your serving of FLOW and if weather permits take a 10 minute walk in the fresh air and daylight.

Once you return to your desk you’ll be cognitively primed and ready to win the afternoon.
