The routine matters as much as the formula. Treat the four products as four moments of one biological day rather than a stack of separate supplements.
A well-regulated day has a clear shape. Cortisol peaks shortly after waking, alertness climbs with morning light, the afternoon dip is brief, and the descent into sleep is steep. The first hour after waking
How to take it
Mix 12.5g, one scoop or one sachet, with 400 to 600ml of cold water. Take it in the first hour after waking, and pair it with morning daylight where you can.
What is in it
Natural caffeine at 125mg with L-theanine at 250mg, a 1:2 ratio. Creatine monohydrate, N-acetyl L-carnitine and citicoline, with a full B-vitamin spectrum and electrolytes.
What to pay attention to
Take it at a consistent time each morning, and keep any other caffeine earlier in the day. This is not a high-stimulant energy drink. It is designed to sit alongside your natural waking, not to override it.

The afternoon
How to take it
Mix 7.5g with cold water, ideally between 2pm and 4pm to meet the afternoon trough. Caffeine-free by design.
What is in it
Lion's mane at 5g, N-acetyl L-tyrosine, rhodiola rosea and citicoline, with lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamin C, zinc, a B-vitamin spectrum and electrolytes.
What to pay attention to
Take it before the afternoon slump arrives rather than after, in the same window each day. It is caffeine-free on purpose. The point is to carry the second half of the day without adding more stimulant to it.
PRE-SLEEP
The evening shift
How to take it
Take four capsules with water 30 minutes before your scheduled sleep. Contains no melatonin.
What is in it
KSM-66 ashwagandha at 400mg, phosphatidylserine at 400mg, magnesium glycinate providing 200mg magnesium, Levagen+ PEA at 300mg, L-theanine at 200mg, zinc and a B-vitamin spectrum.
What to pay attention to
Take it as part of winding down, with a consistent bedtime. It is not a sedative and not a knockout. It is designed for the evening downshift, taken consistently.

How to take it
One sachet in water, as needed, on demanding days. Travel, training, heat, and long days. Sugar-free.
What is in it
Sodium at 1000mg, potassium, magnesium from magnesium malate, and calcium. A sodium-forward electrolyte balance.
What to pay attention to
Unlike the others, this one is situational rather than tied to the clock. Reach for it when sweat or sodium losses are high. It is the baseline you add to a demanding day, not a fixed daily slot.
