Will it knock me out?

No. PRE-SLEEP isn't a sedative. It supports the body's own wind-down, cortisol drop, GABAergic tone, and magnesium availability, so your sleep architecture can do its work.

Is this just melatonin?

No melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone produced endogenously in response to dim light. PRE-SLEEP supports the conditions for that, rather than replacing it.

Why capsules and not a drink?

Phosphatidylserine and KSM-66 are best delivered in encapsulated form for stability and dose precision. Liquid extracts of these actives are unreliable at clinical doses. Also liquid pre-bed can often cause sleep fragmentation.

When exactly should I take it?

60 to 90 minutes before your intended sleep time, with water. Pair it with dim light and screens down for the cleanest result..

Will I feel groggy in the morning?

No. Because the formula isn't sedating, there's no "sleep medication hangover". Most users report waking clearer than usual, not heavier.

Can I take it with prescribed sleep medication?

Speak to your prescriber. Adaptogens and magnesium can interact with sedatives, anxiolytics and thyroid medication. We don't recommend stacking without clinical advice.

A phospholipid component of neuronal cell membranes. The 50% standardisation provides 200mg of pure PS — at the upper end of supplemental dose ranges studied in the cognitive and HPA-axis literature.
