HMN24 Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE.


1. GENERAL

HMN24 website (“Website”) is intended only for consumers wishing to order HMN24 products (“Products”). The terms and conditions under which the Products are offered for sale on this Website are set out below. By placing an order on the Website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HMN24 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders submitted before the revised terms are posted.

2. PLACING YOUR HMN24 ORDER

2.1. To place an order you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.

  • Be accessible by telephone.

  • Have a valid email address.

2.2. You may place an order by completing the order form on the Website after logging into or creating your personal account, and clicking the appropriate submission button. Orders placed in any other way will not be accepted.

2.3. When you place an order, HMN24 will issue you with an Order Number (for reference only, not acceptance).

2.4. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase Products under these terms. Orders submitted are binding on you and cannot be cancelled or amended after submission.

2.5. If HMN24 accepts your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation makes the contract effective. If your order cannot be accepted, we will contact you by email, telephone, or post.


3. SUPPLY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

Subject to these terms and conditions, HMN24 will supply the Products indicated in your order confirmation.


4. PRICES

4.1. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before checkout.

4.2. If a Product is mistakenly underpriced, we will contact you before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and refund you in full.

4.3. Delivery costs, if applicable, are payable by you as indicated on the order confirmation.


5. PAYING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

5.1. Payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5.2. Payment must be made in the currency stated on your invoice.
5.3. For card payments, you must provide valid card details. HMN24 will not dispatch products until payment is authorised. We may verify your identity before processing.


6. DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

6.1. Products will be delivered to the address specified in your order form. Delivery times are estimates only. HMN24 is not liable for delays.
6.2. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
6.3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.


7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

7.1. You may return Products for a refund within 7 working days of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused. Refunds include outbound shipping but not return shipping.

7.1.1. If a Product was supplied in error, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us at info@hmn24.com or call 0113 460 1424.
7.1.2. If you simply change your mind, you may return Products if:

  • You notify HMN24 within 7 working days of delivery.

  • You provide proof of purchase.

  • You keep Products safe until return.

7.2. Refund procedure:

  • Notify us by email (info@hmn24.com).

  • Use secure packaging and clearly display the returns address.


8. HMN24 LIABILITY

8.1. These terms set out the full extent of our obligations.
8.2. Except as expressly stated, no warranties are given.
8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties (e.g., fitness for purpose) are excluded.
8.4. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or obligations implied by law.
8.5. HMN24 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of Products.
8.6. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. Registered customers can access transaction records by logging into their account.

11. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.


12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes must be brought before the courts of England & Wales.


13. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our HMN24 Subscription service allows you to receive recurring deliveries of HMN24 products.

  • Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically each month.

  • By subscribing, you accept recurring monthly charges until cancellation.

  • You can cancel or change your subscription by logging into your account or emailing info@hmn24.com.

  • We request at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled shipment.

  • You must keep your billing and contact information up to date.

  • If subscription charges change, we will provide advance notice.

RISE Flavour Selection: You may choose your preferred RISE flavour when subscribing. This will repeat unless you notify us of a change at least 7 days before your next shipment.


14. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

14.1 Service Description

The HMN24 LTD mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by HMN24 LTD. By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

14.2 Consent

By consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of HMN24 LTD, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

14.3 Message Types

  • Service-related messages: updates, alerts, account information.

  • Promotional messages: offers, promotions, reminders (e.g., cart reminders).

14.4 Charges & Frequency

HMN24 does not charge for the Service, but standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

14.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an HMN24 message, or by using the unsubscribe link (where available). You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.

14.6 Support

14.7 Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

14.8 Number Validity

You must provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you must re-enrol.

14.9 Privacy

Your data is handled in line with our [Privacy Notice]. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.


15. FINAL TERMS

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
