Subscriptions Ts & Cs
Our HMN24 Subscription offering gives you the ability to specify single product (RISE, FLOW, ADAPT or PLANT PROTEIN +) or the Total LIVE ON FORM pack (comprising RISE, FLOW and ADAPT, to be fulfilled in a rolling basis.
On sign up you can initially select your frequency from 21, 24 or 28 days - We recommend 24 days for RISE, FLOW, ADAPT and the LIVE ON FORM PACK and PLANT PROTEIN + 21 days
Subscriptions are delivered with FREE next day delivery worth £5.99
Once signed up, unless you opt out of a Subscription Service, which can be done via your account, the Subscription Services that you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods, fulfilled and charged as per your selected frequency
By choosing a HMN24 Subscription Service, you acknowledge that such Subscription Service has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring monthly charges prior to cancellation.
Subscription Cancellation
To change or cancel your Subscription at any time, go to your account page, call us at 0113 460 1424, or email us at info@hmn24.com.
if you cancel a Subscription Service, your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current subscription term expires. It is your responsibility to notify us in advance of renewal.
We request 7 days notice if cancellation, prior to your next planned shipment. Any later and we can not guarantee the changes will be applied and you may still be subject to charges.
Current Information Required
To purchase a subscription go to any product page, you must provide current, complete and accurate information for your Billing Account. You must promptly update all information to keep your Billing Account current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify us if your Payment Method is canceled (e.g., for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password. Changes to such information can be made on your account. If you fail to provide any of the foregoing information, you agree that we may continue charging you for any use of Paid Services under your Billing Account unless you have terminated your Paid Services as set forth above.
Change In Amount Authorized
If the amount to be charged to your Billing Account varies from the amount you preauthorized , you have the right to receive, and we shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction. If, on receipt of such notice, you do not wish to continue with the purchase, you may cancel at any time before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your Payment Method.
Reaffirmation Of Authorisation
Your non-termination or continued use of a Paid Service (including, without limitation, Subscription Services) reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Paid Service. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges are to be payable in advance.
Rise & Plant Protein + Flavour Choice
On setting up your subscription, you will choose one of 3 RISE flavours or one of 2 for Plant Protein + . This will then automatically repeat unless you change this. You can change it in your account settings or by emailing us info@hmn24.com
