02 · THE 24-HOUR SYSTEM

HYDRATE runs underneath the day

RISE, FLOW and PRE-SLEEP each map to a window of your circadian biology. HYDRATE doesn't, it's there for the conditions that compound across all three. Travel, training, heat, fasted state.

RISE

00:00 - 08:00

FLOW

08:00 - 16:00

PRE-SLEEP

60–90 min before bed

03 · WHAT BETTER FEELS LIKE

When the day actually demands it

AFTER THE LONG FLIGHT

Land alert rather than foggy. The fluid loss across 8 hours of cabin air doesn't compound into the next 24.

AFTER THE HEAVY SESSION

No 4pm slump from depleted electrolytes. Recovery starts the moment you finish, not three hours later.

ON THE HEAVY DAY

Sodium replenished before the headache, the lethargy and the late-day cognitive drop set in.

04 · WHY IT'S FORMULATED THIS WAY

Three electrolytes do the heavy lifting

Dose-led, not flavour-led. Full label and references at the bottom of the page..

DOSE 1000mg

Sosium

The headline electrolyte. 1000mg per serving sits at the upper end of supplemental dosing, built for serious sweat loss, long-haul travel, and fasted state. Most commodity drinks deliver under 300mg.

Mechanism: extracellular fluid balance

DOSE 60mg (15% NRV)

Magnesium malate

Malate form selected for absorption and energy-metabolism profile. Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function, normal muscle function, and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Mechanism: NMDA + GABA receptor / energy metabolism

DOSE 200mg

Potassium

The intracellular counterpart to sodium. Present in the formulation as part of the broader electrolyte profile, paired with sodium and magnesium for balanced replacement.

Mechanism: intracellular electrolyte / membrane potential

05 · BUILD THE DAY

Pair HYDRATE with the rest of the system

HYDRATE handles the fluid and electrolyte side. The full system closes when you also cover the cognitive and recovery windows.

MORNING · 06:00–10:00

+£45

Add RISE

Caffeine and L-theanine 1:2, citicoline, B-complex and electrolytes. Clean morning output without the spike-and-crash.

EVENING · 60–90 MIN BEFORE BED

+£45

Add PRE-SLEEP

Phosphatidylserine, KSM-66, magnesium glycinate, L-theanine. Sleep onset and architecture, not sedation.

AFTERNOON · 13:00–17:00

06 · HONEST ANSWERS

The questions everyone asks first

Why so much sodium — 1000mg per serving?

Because that's what real sweat loss, long-haul travel and fasted state actually require. An hour of intense training can cost 1500–2000mg of sodium. Most commodity drinks deliver 200–300mg, useful for casual hydration, not for the conditions HYDRATE is built for.

When should I take it?

Pre-flight 60–90 minutes before boarding, every 4 hours through cruise, on landing. Pre-training, mid-training, post-training. On hot days. After fasted exercise. Not designed for casual sip-while-you-work hydration, water handles that.

Sugar-free — does that mean stevia?

No artificial sweeteners. No sugar. The flavour profile is light by design, it should taste like clean water with a salty structure, not a sports drink.

Should I have it daily?

Only if your day demands it. HYDRATE is condition-led, not routine-led. If you're not training hard, travelling, in heat or running fasted protocols, you may not need it daily.

Is the sodium content concerning?

For most adults in high-sweat or high-loss conditions, no. But sodium intake should be discussed with your GP if you have high blood pressure, kidney conditions, or are on sodium-restricted medical advice.

How is this different from LMNT, Liquid IV, salt tabs?

Different sodium dose, different magnesium form (malate vs. citrate or oxide), different formulation philosophy. HYDRATE is built within the HMN24 system, it pairs with RISE/FLOW/PRE-SLEEP rather than competing for that role.It is also engineered for specific purposes and situations.
