Caffeine has a 5–6 hour half-life. An afternoon dose is still active at bedtime, suppressing deep sleep. FLOW supports cognition through other pathways so the evening recovery window stays clean.

Will it actually help me focus as much as coffee?

What's the difference between RISE and FLOW?
