Lion's Mane Extract

- Traditional Chinese
- MushroomAntioxidants and Beta Glucans
- Potential Brain Health benefits (1)

Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a type of medicinal mushroom that contains a number of health-promoting substances, including antioxidants and beta-glucan. Long used in traditional Chinese medicine, lion’s mane is now available in supplement form. Studies have found that lion’s mane mushrooms contain two special compounds that can stimulate the growth of brain cells: hericenones and erinacines (1). Other animal studies have found that lion’s mane extract may also help regenerate brain cells and improve the functioning of the hippocampus, a region of the brain responsible for processing memories and emotional response (2, 3). Please note these studies are yet to be proven and verified in humans.

Acetyl- L Carnitine: (ALCAR)

- Highly bioavailable form of Carnitine.
- May help improve mental Performance
-Burns fat as a fuel for energy
-Key metabolic system support

L-Carnitine is a compound produced by the body from lysine and methionine. It may be potentially synergistic with Citicoline CDP-Choline.) L-Carnitine is acetylated to produce Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR), which is similar, but crosses the blood-brain barrier more efficiently. Carnitine is best known for its involvement in the mitochondrial oxidation of long-chain fatty acids. Carnitine serves an important role in the burning of fat for fuel and ferrying fatty acids across the walls of the mitochondria, where they are oxidized and turned into energy.

Rhodiola Rosea

- Adaptogenic herb
- Supports Brain performance and reactivity (*9)
- Optimal cognitive performance (*6)

Rhodiola is an Adaptogenic Herb grown in the mountainous regions of Europe and Asia. Rhodiola Rosea is a herb in the rhodiola genera (Crassulaceae family) which has traditional usage as an anti-fatigue agent and adaptogen compound. Its main chemicals that are thought to be responsible for its effects are Rosavin and Salidroside, Rhodiola Rosea works by helping your body respond to daily stress and it may also contribute to mental and cognitive performance (*6), along with Brain performance and reactivity (*9).

N-Acetyl- L Tyrosine (NALT)

- Bioavailable form of L-Tyrosine
- May help improve focus and concentration
- Reduce stress and fatigue
- Mind and body

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT) is an acetylated form of the amino acid L-Tyrosine. NALT (as well as L-tyrosine) is used as a nootropic because it acts as a precursor for the important brain neurotransmitter dopamine. In Its acetylated form, NALT may be more rapidly absorbed than standard L-Tyrosine and therefore contribute more to your lifestyle goals.

Citicoline CDP-Choline

- Derivative of Acetylcholine
- Combination of Cytidine & Choline.
- Partially converts into Uridine.
- Linked to attentional performance (5)

Citicoline CDP-Choline is a derivative of the neurotransmitter, Acetylcholine, which plays a role in motivation, arousal, attention, learning, and memory. Upon use in supplemental form, Citicoline CDP-Choline breaks down into Choline and Cytidine, with the Cytidine then partially converted into Uridine. Citicoline CDP-Choline is a highly absorbable (4) brain-health nutrient and nootropic, linked to potential attentional performance (5). It is an expensive and rarely-used addition in it’s full efficacy. Often inferior sources of Choline are used instead, or it is used in doses well outside the necessary levels to have an impact.

HMN 24 ® recommends 500mg of Citicoline CDP-Choline taken daily, with one serving in the morning with Rise (™) and in the afternoon with Flow ®. Both products contain 250mg of Citicoline CDP-Choline.

Pine Bark Extract

- High in Pro-Anthocyadinins
- Antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties.

Pine bark provides large amounts of antioxidants known as Anthocyadinins. It helps boost blood flow to and within your brain, by increasing nitric oxide which helps dilate blood vessels.

- Supports cognitive functioning
- Supports the immune system
- Supports healthyhormone levels

Zinc is found in cells throughout the body. It helps the immune system fight off invading bacteria and viruses. The body also needs zinc to make proteins and DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Zinc also contributes to normal cognitive function (*1).

- Supports neurotransmission (*7)
- Supports energy production (*8)

Calcium is a nutrient that all living organisms need, including humans. It is the most abundant mineral in the body, and it is vital for bone health. Calcium also contributes to normal neurotransmission (*7) (the transmission of nerve impulses between neurons or between a neuron and a muscle fibre or other structure).

B-Vitamin Complex

(Niacin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Thiamine, Folic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid))

- Reduce tiredness and fatigue (*3)
- Optimise mental performance (*2)
- Nervous system function (*5)
- Helps strengthen vision (*7)

B vitamins are a class of water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism and synthesis of red blood cells. HMN 24 ® use a B-Vitamin blend across the range of our mental performance and nervous system support products, believing they are key components of optimal human performance, particularly vital to ensuring alertness and offsetting fatigue (*3). Riboflavin has also been shown to be a vital part of ensuring our vision stays strong (*7), which is paramount whilst spending much of our day looking at blue light.

Directions for Use

Directions for Use: Take 3 capsules (1 serving) with water or any drink when seeking caffeine-free energy and cognitive function. Great to use late morning or early afternoon. Do not exceed two servings daily.

All HMN24® products have been developed to provide approximately 1 months support, but do not necessarily need to be used every day. All of our products are best used on days where mental and physical workload are at their highest. We believe for most people, this is usually 5-6 days per week with 1-2 days off. Therefore, 24 servings is 28-32 days supply. We all need balance in our life and nutritional support is no different.

We do our best work, both mentally and physically, when we are vitally engaged.

Product Overview

FLOW®  has been expertly developed to deliver cognitive function (*1) and Stimulant-free mental performance (*2) through the late morning and into the afternoon.

Keeping me on form

I tried this with some doubts if I’m perfectly honest. I did not expect to notice much.

The change in mental clarity, focus, and remaining on task is significant for me, as I often find myself distracted. Additionally I’ve felt improvements in overall energy levels and alertness when coaching early morning sessions.

As a bonus, it’s great tasting. The electrolytes add a really nice subtle saltiness to it which compliments the flavour greatly.

100% recommended.

Best in its category hands down...

When it comes to Nootropics and human optimisation I guess you can say I'm a bit obsessed, as an entrepreneur who is in a constant pursue of optimising their workflow and getting more done, I've tried and tested many nootropic products including ONNIT, Brain Game, Strom, Ghost and I can say hands down FLOW by HMN24 has given me both the longest spells of concentrated state of flow as well as allowed me to complete the most amount of tasks. So stop shopping around because you've found definitely the best.

Flow helps me flow

My day starts at 5am and I am busy until 1pm and then I do it all again from late afternoon. To have a product that I can quickly take and allow me to perform at my best, especially during those later sessions, well I can't rate it enough. I am hooked.

Given up my post lunch coffee

I've given up my post-lunch coffee now in favour of flow. As a company

director I need to be as alert in the afternoon as I am in the morning

- sometimes a caffeine crash can be draining. So far, I have found

energy levels and focus to be consistent when using Flow.

Much better than coffee

I run recruitment companies and train as much as I can. Since having children I have relied on coffee to get me out of bed, to the gym and get me focused ahead of big meetings. I had been trying to cut this down for some time to no avail.

I have only used Flow a few times - only before big meetings when concentration is needed. Much better than coffee as I can concentrate for longer and don’t have the dip that coffee gives.

I would highly recommend Flow for busy people who are serious about performing at their best!

Ben Lucas
Favourite HMN24 product

"Flow is literally my favourite HMN24 product. I like to take mine early afternoon as a replacement for that 3rd (let's be honest probably 4th...) cup of coffee. It's fantastic!!"
